The company also has its own well-established sources for fabrics and trims so as to enable it to lend garments a finishing touch at a cost-effective price. Overview of the Manufacturing Facility

Sampling Department:
A well equipped sampling section to meet the required quality and time schedule.

Pattern Making and Grading Equipment:
Use of CAD for accurate and fault free patterns and markers.

Designing Capacity:
We have an in-house design team. Designs are developed as per the buyer’s specifications and requirements.

Quality Department (Fabrics):
The company has its own well equipped experienced professionals for the Quality Control department headed by a Quality Manager for examination and testing of fabrics. Fabric Testing is done in recognized laboratories such as Texan Laboratory, SGS and Intertek.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control (Production):
The company is managed by well-qualified and fully trained personnel to meet the quality standards as per the specifications and requirements.

Production Team:
A team of highly experienced and professional Production Manager and Batch Supervisors under an able guidance of Industrial engineer, and an experienced Factory Manager who manages the factory for an optimum scientific productivity. We have 150 machines in house with latest technology and experienced tailors of all kinds.

Finishing Team:
The finishing team is well-equipped with machinery. We have to more than 10 steam presses for enhancement of the garment quality and appearance.

Origin of Accessories:
The company has a separate department and unit for sampling, fabric sourcing and procuring accessories in Delhi.
